In Jesus’ parable of the vineyard, we are reminded that all we have—including our life together as a church—is a gift entrusted to us by God. The Rev. Beth Fain invites us to consider the fruit God is calling us to bear: love, joy, peace, kindness, generosity, justice, and humble service. As we look from the “watchtower” at what God has planted among us, we are called to celebrate what is growing, tend what needs attention, and share the abundance God has given us.
